• Individual suite tariff for double occupancy from $1025.00 includes gourmet breakfast, pre dinner drinks, canapes, a 3 course dinner with New Zealand wines and accommodation. Single occupancy is less 10%,


• Family/Group tariff from $3,600.00 includes breakfast and a 3 course dinner. Laundry, wines, spirits and drinks, are extra.


• Exclusive Use tariff from $4000.00 includes breakfast, canapes, pre dinner drinks, a three course dinner with New Zealand wines as well as the services of a personal chef, sommelier'maitre d, executive housekeeper and activity planner. The tariff varies according to the number in the party, the length of stay and daily requirements. The minimum tariff for exclusive use is $4000.00,

Comprises three bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, sleeps up to five guests, open fireplace soft seating and billiard /tennis table.

Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Conditions
Reservation Policy
A deposit of 50% and your credit card details are required to confirm your reservation.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival 30% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged. Should we receive less than 21 days notice of a cancellation we will charge 100% for every room night booked. Also if the period of the reservation is not fully utilised 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellations affect Punatapu greatly as it is a small exclusive resort. We endeavour to rebook the space and if successful a refund will be made.
In any event we recommend that you take out a cancellation policy to cover any unforseen circumstances.
