Punatapu can be booked by making a reservation for individual suite(s) OR the entire facility and property on an 'exclusive use basis'

Payment Terms:

50% deposit upon reservation with balance 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival half of the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or if the period of the reservation is not fully utilised no refund will be made. Cancellations greatly affect Punatapu as it is a small exclusive facility. We endeavour to re-?book the space and if successful a refund will be made. In any event we recommend that you take out a cancellation policy to cover any unforseen circumstances.

Tax and Surcharges:

Rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 15% NZ Goods & Services tax. Minimum stay is 3 nights. If a 2 night stay or a late checkout is required a 10% surcharge applies. A 20% surcharge applies to some New Zealand public holidays and other peak periods including 22 April (Good Friday) to 26 April (Easter Tuesday), 25 April (Anzac Day), 22 October (Labour Day), the Christmas and New Year period from 24 December to 4 January, and 6 February (Waitangi Day).
